Connecting Your CMM Software Was Never Easier

We are able to retrofit any make or model of CMM using the latest Metrologic Group CMM software and hardware solutions. In many cases, we are able to connect directly to the existing machine control system, reducing the installation costs dramatically, minimising down-time, and providing the flexibility to continue running existing part programs while you are still learning to use your new XG CMM Software.

Direct Interfaces - Standard Fixed Bed CMM

Replacement Electronics

In some cases, it may not be possible to directly interface to an existing controller, often due to the age or condition of the machine, or due to the obsolescence or lack of serviceability of the existing controller. In these cases, we are able to supply state of the art replacement electronics including PCI counter cards (for all types of manual CMM), CNC controllers, digital readouts (DRO), upgrade probe systems, cabling, etc.

Direct interfaces for use with Metrolog XG® and Metrolog V5® are available to almost every type of measuring machine, including most types of OEM probe systems, including laser scanners.

m-log XG® only supports standard bridge and horizontal arm CMM's with Renishaw touch probes, plus portable measuring arms.
