CAMERA - ARCHIVING

Increasing automation in measuring techniques, and the ever increasing need to learn more and more about production processes, mean that they can now deliver a more comprehensive view of process performance than ever before. Depending on the type of production system, this can mean thousands of measurement values are collected daily and need to be managed.

Data Compacting & Long Term Analysis

The qsSTAT Data Compacting and Long Term Analysis modules are used to compress large sets of measured values into calculated statistical values and reports. Users can select which statistical parameters and reports are to be saved based on time or process stream (e.g. line number, machine number, etc.), with the raw measured values spooled off for archiving in separate databases. The measured vales can be easily retrieved from the archive if required for further analysis.

Additional summary reports provide Benchmarking of capability index across a range of parts, focusing the operator's attention on product areas where capability can be improved compared to other areas within the plant.
