Q-DAS Database

Complete process information from the original measured values to the final evaluation results and reports are merged together in the Q-DAS Database. This standardised database is the central storage medium for saving enterprise wide process knowledge.

Flexible selection queries allow individual and eEnterprise wide views of the process data.

SPC Test Planning

In addition to organising and storing process data, the Q-DAS Database can also be used for central administration of test and gauge control plans. Test plans can be distributed to localised work stations, form where the measurement data is saved back to the centralized database by means of data synchronisation. This procedure ensures data integrity as well as minimising network traffic and loading. SPC test planning is the ideal; solution for agile or mass production systems.
