CAMERA - REPORTING
At different levels within an organisation, production quality information needs to be presented at different resolutions and in different formats for uniform acceptance by operators and managers alike. Q-DAS products can produce compressed management, intermediate overview or highly detailed individual reports of the same process data for process control and user understanding.
Form Designer
Statistical reports have historically meant the same thing - lots of numbers supported by histograms, probability plots and x-bar and R charts. For many, this information is practically useless, as it merely serves to fulfil a need to print a report.
Using the qsSTAT Form Designer, the user can create individual report layouts according to the need for information and clarity of understanding. Graphics, calculated statistics, drawings, photographs and many other types of process information can be included in these report templates. Summary graphics are also available with qsSTAT to provide management with process overviews as well as individual elements.
In this way, the right information is transmitted to the right people, in a way that is clear and concise, enabling intelligent decisions to be made regarding process improvement.

Q-DAS Reporting System
The effectiveness and efficiency of corrective measures can only be visible through continuous process observation and reporting. The Q-DAS Reporting System supports users by automatically executing the mundane tasks of evaluating and reporting process data.
The Reporting System can be programmed to perform data evaluation at pre-determined time intervals (e.g. every Friday at 5pm), and by automatically sending reports or notices to defined targets (printers, email address, file or SMS), key personnel can be notified as and when information is available. In order to avoid information overload, reports can be assigned according to process status, for example a summary report can be sent if the process is capable, whereas detailed individual characteristics reports can be issued in the case of a process alarm or violation.
Initial Sample Report
The Initial Sample Report module integrates the standard VDA and QS9000 ISIR reporting templates into an existing qsSTAT licence. Data collected through standard procella My.SPC or qsSTAT can be quickly transferred to industry standard reports for Part Submission Warrant (PSW) requirements.
qsSTAT Web
Coming soon, the all-new qsSTAT Web Reporter provides the capability to see the current process status at any time, from any location, via a standard web browser. Standard browser interfaces, or user designed layouts can be integrated to make data access easy and effective.
