Training - The Key to your Success
Statistical Process Control (SPC) is often regarded as a complicated and therefore a specialist subject, providing a tool for the Quality Manager to assess the performance of a manufacturing process. This misconception is not surprising, as formal SPC training concentrates on studying the theory and mathematics of SPC, and not the practical application of SPC techniques. In order for companies to be successful in implementing SPC techniques, it is vital that everyone involved clearly understands the methods and motives involved.
At
Measurement Solutions, we provide computer based training courses on the
practical aspects of SPC. We do not try to define or explain the many different
analysis methods available - our aim is to provide trainees with a firm
understanding of the "why's" and the "how to's" of using SPC
in order to improve and maintain manufacturing processes.
Most of our courses are based around the qsSTAT® software solutions, as this is now recognised by many major manufacturing companies, in particular the automotive industry. However, we are also able to provide "starter" courses in the basic understanding and application of SPC.
All courses are available either on site at your own premises, or at our own training centre which includes the latest presentation equipment and fully prepared PC systems.
